Lanco owns a stretch of land measuring approximately 21.8 acres on the outskirts of Hyderabad. The company proposes to develop this property as a large residential project in the next two-three years. Currently Lanco is in the process of seeking necessary approvals from various State regulatory authorities for the development of the property.
