LANCO has set up a 3 MW wind power generation unit at Chitradurga in Karnataka. This project has long-term PPA with the state of Karnataka and supplies power to the state grid.
LANCO registered its wind projects as CDM (Clean Development Mechanism) projects with UNFCCC during the second quarter of 2007-08.
